1. Processing & Shipping Times

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

• Shipping Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping times vary and may be subject to customs delays or additional fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your package is delayed, please check your tracking details before reaching out.

• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local postal office before contacting us.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will do our best to assist.
